Please join us for Lynwood Unified’s 6th Annual State of the District at 8 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 20, to hear from our District leaders about improvements to our facilities, technology initiatives, the growth of our robust teaching and classified staff, and our academic wins.
The program – which will be live-streamed at www.lynwoodedfoundation.org – will feature our recent achievements such as our 2023 Golden Bell Award-winning program and PBIS Award-winning schools, STEM initiatives and future vision. Entertainment will be provided by Lynwood High School cheerleaders and the Firebaugh High School marching band.
This event also launches the start of the fourth annual fall campaign, Lynwood Gives, which is spearheaded by the Lynwood Partners Educational Foundation to raise funds to support college scholarships, teacher grants, science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) programs, and assistance for the Lynwood Unified Food Pantry.
