Congratulations Graduate!
Our records indicate that you may be a candidate for graduation. To ensure your participation in the graduation ceremony, you must successfully complete all required courses.
Even though you may participate in the graduation ceremony, you will be given a diploma only after you have fulfilled all graduation requirements. If you are in doubt as to your graduation status, please make an appointment to see a counselor/advisor as soon as possible.
In order to prepare for graduation, there are several action steps that you will need to take and dates to mark on your calendar.
- Petition for Graduation Survey. We need to ensure that your name is printed correctly on your diploma and that we have your most current contact information.
- Please complete the Petition for Graduation Survey online or visit the Grad Table at the LCAS Annual Spring Open House on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Firebaugh High School, 5246 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Lynwood, CA 90262.
- End of the Year Celebration Banquet. The Banquet will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024, (7:00 - 11:30 PM). It's a wonderful celebration of your accomplishments! Let's get dressed up, enjoy a nice dinner, and enjoy some dancing!
- Complete the End of the Year Banquet RSVP form to reserve your seat. Last day to sign up and pay is May 17, 2024.
- Cost: $50.00 per ticket
Save the Dates! There are several events that we would like you to attend as graduation approaches. Pull out your calendar and lock these dates in!
- Tuesday, April 23, 2024, 6:00 PM - Grad Meeting at Firebaugh High School Library
- Friday, May 31, 2024, 6:00 PM - 70th End of the Year Banquet at Embassy Suites in Downey.
- Monday, June 3, 2024, 6:00 PM - Graduation Rehearsal at Lynwood High School Gymnasium
- Monday, June 10, 2024, 5:00 PM - GRADUATION!

- To be announced June 2024- Diploma pick-up.
